Mrs. Euphemia Mubanga Chambula is the Administration Manager at the Zambia Chamber of Small and Medium Business Associations (ZCSMBA). She is a highly experienced administration and management specialist with a public service career in excess of 20 years and holds a diploma in Further in Education from Garnet College, University of London, (UK). Mrs. Chambula is also studying for a Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies at the Zambia Open University.
