PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

To celebrate 25 years of service, NAPSA invites all contributing members to update their personal and beneficiary details on the iCARE platform and stand a chance to win one of three fully serviced plots at Lilayi Estate in Lusaka.

📝 How to Participate:

1. Visit icare.napsa.co.zm

2. Already activated iCARE? Log in and update your details until all KYC items turn green.

3. Signed up on eNAPSA but not iCARE? Click “Forgot Password” to reset and activate your account. Then update your details.

4. Never signed up? Click “Register Here,” complete the process, and update your details once logged in.

🎁 Monthly draws will be held for supporting prizes, leading up to the grand draw in December 2025.

📅 Campaign Timeline:

• Start: 19th September 2025

• End: 19th December 2025

✅ Eligibility:

• Open to NAPSA contributing members (formal & informal sectors)

• Must have fully updated KYC details (all green on iCARE)

• Updates made between 19th September – 19th December qualify for monthly draws

• Updates from 16th June – 19th December qualify for the grand draw

🚫 Note: False information leads to disqualification. NAPSA employees and their close relatives are not eligible.
