2018 SOCIAL SECURITY CEILING

Following the increase in the National Average Earnings figure to K 4,975.00 as computed by the Central Statistical Office, the National Pension Scheme Authority wishes to inform all employers and the general public that the Social Security Ceiling for the period 1^st January 2018 – 31^st December 2018 is K 19,900.00.

Accordingly, the maximum monthly deductible contribution from an employee’s monthly earnings for the period is K 995.00 while the maximum monthly payable contribution for each employee representing the employer and employer share is K 1,990.00.
