Ms. Manza is a labour and social protection professional who holds a Master of Arts Degree in Public Administration from the University of Zambia and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Development Studies from the Zambia Open University.
She is currently employed as Senior Social Security Officer in the Ministry of Labour and Social Security. Her experience lies in the areas of implementing social security programs at national level as well as extending social security coverage.
