NAPSA ISSUES HALF YEAR CONTRIBUTION RECORDS

The National Pension Scheme Authority has issued  half year contribution records for the year 2021 via SMS to its members. The Authority would like to urge all members who have not received the said records to update their phone numbers and email addresses by completing a simple details amendment form and returning it together with a copy of their NRC to the email address reg@napsa.com . The form can be downloaded right here on our website in our downloads section . 

Members who have received their half year contribution records are hereby encouraged to access their full records using the NAPSA Mobile App, USSD *677# or https://enapsa.napsa.co.zm/ and report any anomalies to  NAPSA via Contact Centre Toll Free line: 677, Telephone; 0211395677, WhatsApp 0973000677, email info@napsa.co.zm or any nearest NAPSA office.
