NAPSA SCOOPS ZIM AWARD- BEST PUBLIC SERVICE DELIVERY ORGANISATION

The National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) scooped the Best Public Service Delivery Organisation of the year 2018 Award at the 22nd Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM) Annual Conference and Awards Gala Dinner. The event which attracted hundreds of institutions from the corporate world was held from 28th to 30th November, 2018 at Avani Victoria Falls in Livingstone .

Officiating at the Award giving ceremony, Commerce Trade and Industry Minister, Hon. Christopher Yaluma commended ZIM for having created a platform, which recognises exemplary performance exhibited in various organisations and business houses.

He urged marketers to continually compete amongst themselves as a way of promoting improved service delivery in industry.

This year’s ZIM Conference and Awards Gala Dinner ran under the theme “Anchoring Marketing for Prosperity”.
