NAPSA Board Trustee
Ms. Chanda Kasanda is a lawyer by profession, an advocate of the High Court and Supreme Court of Zambia and holds a Master of Laws Degree from the University of California – at Berkeley in the United States of America. She is presently employed as the Head of Legal at Barclays Bank Zambia PLC and has also worked as Legal Counsel for the Barclays Africa Regional Office in the Absa Corporate and Investment Banking Division offices in Johannesburg South Africa. Before joining Barclays, Ms. Kasanda was employed as a Senior Associate at Corpus Legal Practitioners. Ms. Kasanda is currently a Trustee of the Barclays Bank Zambia Plc Staff Pension Fund and a member of the Audit Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture. Her experience in risk management, legal, regulatory and financial matters are a welcome addition to the Board.
