Namonje Bwalya’s Story

My name is Namonje Bwalya, and I work as a security officer at Neelkanth in Ndola. I had always dreamed of obtaining a driving certification to improve my life, but the funds for the course were a significant challenge. The introduction of the pre-retirement lump sum benefit from NAPSA came at the perfect time for me. I applied for the benefit and, within a week, received the funds needed to pay for the three-month driving course.

With the remaining funds, I also obtained a passport, aligning with my dream of becoming a cross-country driver. I am deeply thankful to NAPSA for making my dream a reality and helping me achieve my goals”.
