Construction works at the National Pension Scheme Authority funded Four-star Mosi-oa-tunya Livingstone Resort are progressing well with about 30 percent of works completed so far.
A recent visit by NAPSA Director General YOLLARD KACHINDA revealed that the project was on schedule and was expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2022. This has elated the NAPSA DG who applauded the constructors Stefanutti Stocks Construction Zambia for their good pace and the quality of works.
Mr. KACHINDA, who toured the construction site that is located within the Mosi-oa-tunya National Park in the Tourist Capital Livingstone, also expressed happiness that the project had created employment and empowered many people in the value chain. He added that the project was a huge asset for pension contributors in Zambia.
“NAPSA is committed to making good investments in the interest of contributors and the national economy. I’m sure that this project will definitely add value to our members who will benefit immensely from the returns from the resort once completed” Kachinda added.
Stefanutti Stocks Construction Zambia, Contract Manager, EBEN DE WET said construction of the four-star Mosi-oa-Tunya Livingstone Resort was progressing well and was way on schedule.
“Works on the project are progressing smoothly and we are almost at thirty percent on the construction schedule. We are working towards delivering the project on time and with great quality.,” Mr. WET said.
