NAPSA Board Chairperson
Mr. C. Evans Chibiliti is a seasoned economist and public service professional who brings to the Board a wealth of knowledge and experience in the financial and public service sectors with a career spanning over 40 years. Mr. Chibiliti served in the public sector in various capacities and at the highest level having held the position of Secretary to the Treasury and Secretary to the Cabinet of the Republic of Zambia, the last position he held until his retirement in 2012.
He currently serves on a number of public and private sector Boards and is the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of National Savings and Credit Bank (NATSAVE) and Madison General Insurance Company Limited (MGen).
